Deer Camp Pheasant

- 3 - 4 pheasants, cubed into 1" pieces
- Sear in butter/margarine and season with salt & pepper
and game seasoning to taste
- Add 1 can cream of mushroom & 1 can cream of celery soup
and 1 can of water
- Bake or simmer on stove for 1 hour
- Add 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- Bake or simmer additional 3-4 hours adding more water
as necessary
- Serve over potatoes, rice or noodles
