Our Favorite Recipe
Deer Camp Pheasant

  • 3 - 4 pheasants, cubed into 1" pieces
  • Sear in butter/margarine and season with salt & pepper
    and game seasoning to taste
  • Add 1 can cream of mushroom & 1 can cream of celery soup
    and 1 can of water
  • Bake or simmer on stove for 1 hour
  • Add 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • Bake or simmer additional 3-4 hours adding more water
    as necessary
  • Serve over potatoes, rice or noodles
